3 minute brisk walk

Ab crunch machine 10lbs 10x4

Straight press 35lb 10x4

Lateral pull down 45lb 10x3

Leg curl 15lb 5x3

Seated Row 35lb 10x3

Goblet squats 30lb 10x3

Sit ups with left - right twist with 15lb medicine ball 10x4

Pick up - Put downs with 10lb medicine ball (20 each side)

25 minute stationary bike (HIIT worked up to level 20 resistance)
