Goals this week
- Work out at least 4 times.
- Really pay attention to what I’m putting into my body. Resist the cravings of junk foods. And make healthy decisions when I am starving.
- No procrastination with my schoolwork.
- Keep my room tidy.
- Keep a positive mind.
