Definitely went all out at the gym yesterday. I am so freaking sore!
But I think it’s weird how after 3 consecutive days of working out, my body is just begging me for a break. It happens every single week!

What have you done today to make yourself proud?
Well, I still managed to work out after coming home depressed as heck, crying, and babysitting 5 children. I feel really motivated. Motivated to find a job, finish school, get fit, all that jazz.
I finished all of my homework during school. I even got some study time in.
Now it was 8:36 pm and I’m in bed. AND I don’t have to go to school until 830 tomorrow morning.

Goals this week
Work out at least 4 times.
Really pay attention to what I’m putting into my body. Resist the cravings of junk foods. And make healthy decisions when I am starving.
